會籍條款：Membership Terms and Conditions

本學院只接受會員預訂午餐

會員需要繳付會費1300元

會籍包括10張貴賓券(午餐券)

每張貴賓券等於一個午餐 (咖啡不包括在內)

2024年2月1日開始會籍年費將會是1300元。

2025年2月1日前登記的舊會籍將保留入會時續會年費尊利。

到期前兩星期才可辦理續期

2024年4月開始的午餐將會是每位 145 元。

在會籍有效期內 ，如果第一套午餐券用完， 會員可以選擇 購買午餐券

或 選擇以正價 繳付餐費

預訂須知：

如要取消訂座請提前一天用電話 和 whatsapp通知 恕不接受即日通知取消預訂

如預訂後缺席 (沒有提前通知取消)，將於下一次光顧時從會員卡上扣除預訂人數的餐券。

如出席人數是預訂人數的:

  1. 一半以上，就會按出席人數計算。
  2. 一半，就會按出席人數計算。
  3. 一半以下，就會按預訂人數的一半計算(不足一半亦當一人計算) 。

(例子)

預訂7位只到5位，收5位餐券。

預訂7位只到4位，收4位餐券。

預訂7位只到3位，收4位餐券。

會員須遵守以下的條款及細則:

  1. 申請會籍須填妥申請表格並繳付會費。
  2. 會籍有效日期由簽發日期起計一年內有效。
  3. 會籍須每年更新。
  4. 會籍到期後三個月內續期才可享有舊會籍的年費優惠。到期前兩星期才可辦理續期。
  5. 會費以網上公佈為準，會籍包括10張貴賓券(咖啡飲品不包括在內)。
  6. 會員最多可邀請9位非會員朋友用餐。
  7. 如欲購買更多貴賓券， 可到前台查詢。
  8. 貴賓券不能轉讓 ， 不能作現金使用 ， 只限於午餐使用。
  9. 貴賓券費用將會按照通賬有所調整。
  10. 會籍不能供其他非會員使用。
  11. 請小心保管此咭，本學院並不負責因遺失或遭盜用而造成的損失。
  12. 香港西廚學院保留定期更改優惠內容及條款細則之權利而毋須事先通知。
  13. 申請人的個人資料絕對保密，有關資料將用作本學院向會員 提供服務之用途
  14. 如有任何爭議，香港西廚學院保留最終決定權。

Effective from November 1, 2022 Academy only accept "member" for lunch booking

Member is required to pay the membership fee at $1100 per year.

Prestige members registered before 1st Feb., 2023 enjoy original membership fee at $900 per year.

We will offer 10 free VIP lunch coupons upon payment of annual fee.

Each lunch coupon value is equivalent to the lunch set price

Note: Membership fee will be revised to $1300 per year effective from February 1, 2024

Rules & Regulations

1)    The applicant is required to complete the application form and pay membership fee to become a member

2)    Membership is valid for one year from date of issue

3)    Membership must be renewed every year.

4)    Annual fee is HK$900 with 10 free VIP lunch coupons (coffee is not included)

5)    Each member can bring maximum of 9 non-members for lunch

6)    When necessary you can order additional VIP lunch coupons at HK$1020 per set

(10 coupons per set)

7)    VIP lunch coupon is not transferrable nor redeemable for cash.

8)    Membership cannot be transferred to non members.

9)    Please keep the VIP card properly. In case of lost, Academy will not be responsible for the consequence.

10)   HKCA reserve any rights to change the rules and regulations without prior notice

11)   In the event of any disputes, HKCA decision should be final and binding.
